How to Use an Amp

If you have an electric guitar you need to know how to change the settings on your amp to get the sounds that you want to hear. The amp used in this example (Marshall AVT2000 50W) has 2 channels (clean/overdrive) and five standard sound adjustments: Bass, Treble, Gain, Middle, Reverb. All amps are different, you may have more or less channels or sounds controls. This amp is great for everything from sweet sounding blues and crystal clear chords, right down to hard rock and headbanging heavy metal!!
